Jonathan founded Optimize on the belief that the best advisory work is delivered by people who have held the title, carried the weight, and earned the perspective they're being paid to share. With a background spanning financial leadership, M&A, and helping scale an oil and gas startup to more than $200 million in annual revenue, he leads every engagement with firsthand operating experience and a commitment to results that are practical, not theoretical.

Brett spent nearly three decades at Baker Hughes progressing from field-level sales and service management through regional leadership to director-level strategic account management, before serving as VP of Sales and Chief of Staff at NOV and Extract Companies — building a career defined by commercial strategy across the oil and gas and energy sectors. That experience reinforced a consistent conviction: the difference between organizations that scale and those that stall almost always comes back to the quality of commercial leadership and the rigor of the strategy behind it. He works with sales executives and organizations to build the cultures, processes, and leadership frameworks that drive consistent, measurable performance.

Jeremy has spent his career in CFO and VP-level roles inside companies navigating real complexity — from growth-stage energy businesses to aerospace manufacturing, including six years as CFO of Extract Companies. A CPA and Master of Accountancy graduate from the University of Oklahoma, he brings enterprise-grade financial leadership to mid-market clients who need precision and experience at the moments that matter most.

Julia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University with a concentration in Management Information Systems and a Business Analytics Certificate, and joined Optimize full-time following an internship with the firm. She focuses on new product development and building the analytical infrastructure that supports data-informed advisory strategy.
